He manages stakeholder relationships, leads the executive team, and fosters a strong organizational culture. He also focuses on innovation, customer satisfaction, and adapts to market changes ensuring long-term success and sustainability.
He currently serves as a Director in the Board of Extreme Covet Private Limited and Gostocks Financial Services Private Limited.

Dr. Neeraj Bakulesh Jhaveri, having over 20 years of rich experience in spearheading sales is currently designated as the Whole time Director & Chief Marketing Officer of the Company.
He leads the Company’s overall Sales, Marketing, Business Development initiatives, specialising in the field of forensic technology, particularly Cyber and Crime Scene Investigations. He plays a pivotal role in building strategic alliances with suppliers and OEMs globally, while also overseeing the co-ordination of the sales teams. His leadership and insights have been instrumental in driving growth and fostering partnerships in this highly specialised domain.

Ms. Sejal Shammer Shah is currently designated as the Non-Executive Director of the Company. She provides guidance on organisational culture and employee welfare, with intricate attention on initiatives that enhance workplace well-being, engagement, and productivity. She is involved in fostering a healthy work environment, and ensuring that policies align with the Company’s values and long-term sustainability.
She also serves as a Director in the Board of Extreme Covet Private Limited.

Ms. Sonia Vaid is a Company Secretary with over 5 years of experience in the Secretarial and Corporate Compliance domain and is currently designated as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
She has led the Secretarial Department and has been actively involved in overseeing compliance with statutory requirements having rich experience in handling various responsibilities related to corporate laws, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws governing listed and unlisted companies. She also has been involved in liaising with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Stock Exchanges, and Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTAs).
She is currently a Company Secretary at Diensten Tech Limited. She also serves as an Independent Director in the Board of Unimarck Healthcare Limited, United Leasing and Industries Limited and Wildnet Technologies Limited.

Ms. Latha Venkatesh is a senior Cost Auditor with over 15 years of experience in professional practice and possesses strong business knowledge gained through experience with clients across multiple industries and is currently designated as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
She has conducted various Cost Audits for Companies like Tamil Nadu Steel Tubes Private Limited, Sheenlac Paints and Prince Foundations, and is also proficient in conducting Compliance Audit and Bank Audit. She has successfully trained and guided over more than 50 CMA students over the past 14 years, thereby focusing on developing technical, audit, and professional skills among aspiring cost and management accountants.
